Closes #87 (comment).

Notes:

  1. I did not change the content of the /body directory. In case we are still going to use it, please let me know so I can update the files.
  2. The main .adoc file contains reviewer notes for the cover and copyright page, as well as for the clauses with [bibliography] tags. The reason for the latter is inability to use this type of note within bibliographic clauses.

I have returned both the rice-2016 document as well so we have both versions around.

  1. I did not change the content of the /body directory. In case we are still going to use it, please let me know so I can update the files.

I have updated the body/ directory for English so that it actually includes the section-en/ files, so we're not duplicating content.

We also need to do the following:
